Kids 10 and under get into Landmark free of charge with a ticketed adult!

Bring your kiddos and experience Kids Land as a family at this year’s Landmark Festival! This is a place where kids are sure to get their punk hairdo on, rock a few tattoos & jam out with cool instruments. Not only will they learn how to be a true rocker, but kids will get to dress up in historical costumes & learn about our National Parks.

TATTOOS

Get a temporary hip airbrush tattoo to go along with your cool punk hair and show off your rock n’roll side at Kids Land! Be a rock star while at the festival & show off your current tats. You definitely won’t be the only one showing of your amazing look.

Our kids tattoo artist has been giving spray tattoos in the kids and family areas of our festivals for years. She loves helping kids get a “rocker” look and enjoys sharing her artistic talent with the festival community.

PUNK HAIRDOS

A chance for kids to get a rockin’ new hairdo and maybe even sport a pink mohawk while enjoying the festival. These stylists will definitely get these young ones set with a killer new look that they can show off during their weekend experience.

PIGTAILS & CREWCUTS

Pigtails & Crewcuts – Rockville is located in Rockville Town Square, a family-friendly and successful residential and shopping mixed-use development that serves many professionals and their families in the region. MUSICAL PETTING ZOO
WITH SCHOOL OF ROCK

Grab a guitar or sit down at the keys and the kids from the School of Rock will teach you some basic chords and how to play music. This is a great way to learn about different instruments, hold them and be exposed to the sound that each instrument makes.

You even get to hear a Park Ranger give several workshops throughout the day talking about the important role they play in protecting and preserving our national parks.

SERVICES

TAG-A-KID

At this booth, adults can register their children with the festival and receive a wristband. In the instance that a child gets lost, we have a way to unite them with their parent. The booth also serves as a meeting place for many kids and adults when and if they get separated from each other.

FAMILY SERVICES

A small, private room where nursing and expectant mothers can go to change a baby’s diapers, breast feed or have privacy to use a breast pump. The Family Services space is shared with the Tag-A-Kid space in the Kids Land area at the festival.
