MyFest

  1. What is MyFest?
  2. What Is the Difference Between "E-List" And "MyFest"?
  3. What Happens If I Don't Create a MyFest Account?
  4. How Do I Sign In To MyFest?
  5. What Can I "Add" To MyFest?
  6. What Is The Music Player?
  7. Additional Questions About MyFest
  8. Legal & Privacy Information
  1. What is MyFest?

Creating a MyFest account today gives you access to the festival all at your fingertips. Once the festival schedule is available, you can prepare the festival by creating a customized schedule based on the artists you want to see, and share with your friends so you can plan beforehand together.

  2. What Is the Difference Between "E-List" And "MyFest"?

MyFest is how you customize your entire Landmark Festival experience from which artists you want to see, and when you're going to see them. Anything you add will be added to your customized MyFest on www.landmarkfestival.org.

  3. What Happens If I Don't Create a MyFest Account?

Basically, you can continue to use the entire site, listen to the music player, learn about bands, see when they are playing, participate in contests and all that jazz without ever interacting with MyFest. But you'd be missing out (and who wants to do that?). Signing up for MyFest lets you customize and compare your ideal festival weekend and keeps you up-to-date with what's happening around the National Mall during the weekend. Signing up for MyFest does not sign you up for our e-mail list.

And no, signing up for MyFest doesn't mean we'll bug you with unwanted updates. You're in control and you can customize as much as you want to.

  4. How Do I Sign In To MyFest?

You can access MyFest by clicking on the horizontal bar at the bottom of the page. Simply click on the "MyFest" button at the bottom right of the screen. For first time users, you'll be instructed to create an account.

The MyFest bar lives on every page and will keep you signed in once you log in. So you can go explore artists and craft your schedule, and always have access to your MyFest from every page.

  5. What Can I "Add" To MyFest?

Anything that has a "+" or "+ ADD" button. This can include, but not limited to:

    • Bands on the Lineup Page
    • Individual Artist Pages
    • Set Times from the Schedule Page

Keep an eye out for the "+" or "+ ADD" and make sure to click that button. Once you add something to MyFest, you will see the green bar on the left light up. This means your time has successfully been added to your MyFest so that you can stay updated with special notifications.

You can always remove something from MyFest as quickly as you can add it. Just look out for the "-" or "- REMOVE" button.

  6. What Is The Music Player?

The music player is a collection of Soundcloud tracks from artists appearing at Landmark Festival. It will stream continuously as you navigate throughout different pages of the website. You can activate the player without being signed into MyFest, either by clicking the play button on the bottom of the page, on the Lineup or Schedule Page or any Band's Page.

Want to see the whole playlist and explore new artists? Click the up arrow button on the left side of the music player bar to see the whole list.

We chose Soundcloud to source all music tracks so that the artists could decide what music they wanted to share and so you wouldn't have to create any other accounts to listen to it. As more artists add tracks to Soundcloud, we'll add them to www.landmarkfestival.org.

  7. Additional Questions About MyFest

Contact us at for any questions not answered here and we'll help you out! Please be patient - we receive many emails and will answer them in the order received.

  8. Legal & Privacy Information

You can find that info at our Legal & Privacy Page or our Terms & Conditions Page.

  3. Is Landmark Cashless Secure?
  4. Is My Credit Card Information Stored on My Wristband?
  5. Do I Have to Sign Up for Cashless and Pay With My Wristband in Order to Activate It?
  6. Are There Any Additional Fees for Using My Landmark Cashless Wristband?
  7. Will My Wristband Run Out of Money?
  8. I Already Activated My Wristband, But Missed Landmark Cashless. What Should I Do?
  9. Can I Link Multiple Credit or Debit Cards to My Wristband?
  10. Can I Link the Same Card to Multiple Wristbands?
  11. What Happens if My Wristband is Damaged?
  12. I Have a Question About Wristband Activation Not Answered Here.
  1. How Does Landmark Cashless Work?

It’s easy! You just need to take three simple steps:

    1. Activate your festival pass with the unique ID located on the wristband during which time you will also have the option to link your credit card to your wristband and set a required PIN for security. Now you’re registered for Cashless too!
    2. Next, order at any bar location and select vendors, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.
    3. Then tap your wristband, add a tip amount, enter your PIN, and go!
  2. What Are Landmark Cashless Benefits?
    • Save time and easy to use!
    • No need to carry cash or a credit card.
    • Accepted at all bars, food vendors, and festival merchandise tents.
  3. Is Landmark Cashless Secure?

Yes! It works in conjunction with your credit card so it carries all the same security features and protection. You will also set a PIN during registration (just like a debit card), so no one else will be able to use your wristband or your Cashless Account without your PIN.

  4. Is My Credit Card Information Stored on My Wristband?

No. We do not actually store any financial data on the wristband. The PIN you choose upon Cashless registration will always be required to make a purchase. However your card number and billing details are not stored on the wristband. So don’t worry about someone snagging your info.

  5. Do I Have to Sign Up for Cashless and Pay With My Wristband in Order to Activate It?

No. While we certainly think it’s the best payment option, you can activate your wristband without enabling the Cashless payment option.

  6. Are There Any Additional Fees for Using My Landmark Cashless Wristband?

Nope! It is free to sign up and free to use!

  7. Will My Wristband Run Out of Money?

Not unless the card you linked it to does. No funds are stored to the wristband, it’s just linked to your credit or debit card. As long as you could still use your card, you will still be able to use your Cashless wristband.

  8. I Already Activated My Wristband, But Missed Landmark Cashless. What Should I Do?

Don't stress! Visit the Wristband Activation tent inside the festival, and our staff can help you add Landmark Cashless and set your PIN right there!

For more immediate assistance before the festival, please contact our ticket service provider, Front Gate Tickets, or by calling their friendly support team at 888.512.SHOW (7469) Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

  9. Can I Link Multiple Credit or Debit Cards to My Wristband?

No. You will only be able to link a single credit or debit card to your wristband.

  10. Can I Link the Same Card to Multiple Wristbands?

Yes. If you wish to allow your card to be linked to multiple wristbands, you certainly can. Each wristband will require a separate PIN. The PIN must be entered when using the wristband to purchase anything participating in the Cashless program at the festival.

  11. What Happens if My Wristband is Damaged?

First, don’t panic. We can help! Bring your damaged wristband to a Ticket Help Tent at the festival (adjacent to the entrance) and we can replace any activated wristband after verifying your ownership. You will have to re-link your credit card for security purposes. Then you will be back in action!

  12. I Have a Question About Wristband Activation Not Answered Here.

Please contact our ticket service provider, Front Gate Tickets, or by calling their friendly support team at 888.512.SHOW (7469) Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

  4. Patrons with Mobility Limitations

The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages. Also, it is an outdoor music festival situated in a park. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain. If it should rain, there could be mud in some places.

The festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind. Please plan ahead and bring attendants if needed. In addition, we do not provide wheelchairs for rent or loan. Please make arrangements in advance if a wheelchair is needed.

Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three- or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Visit the Access Center inside the main entrance for a map of the festival grounds with wheelchair platform locations identified. The wheelchair platform areas are reserved at all times for patrons with mobility limitations plus one companion. Please note that these areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Accessible portalets are available at the ends of each bank of portalets throughout the park.

  5. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation Services

We provide many American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted music performances for patrons who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Write to request specific shows be interpreted. The deadline to request an interpretation is the second Friday of the month prior to the festival. Requests submitted after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Check back in the weeks leading up to the festival for a full line up of shows that will be interpreted.

Please visit the Access Center located inside the main festival entrance for a map of the festival grounds with deaf/hard-of-hearing areas identified. The designated areas are reserved only for deaf/hard-of-hearing patrons and one companion. Please note that these areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis.

  6. Special Dietary Needs

Outside food and drink (except for factory-sealed bottled water) is not allowed in the festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. You will be asked to present your doctor’s note to security upon entry to the festival.

A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Out of the concern for the festival staff who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent. Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.

  7. Service Animals at the Festival

Animals and pets are not allowed within the festival grounds. Service animal inquiries, however, can be sent to .
